PKWT hanya dapat dibuat untuk pekerjaan tertentu yang menurut jenis dan sifat, atau kegiatan pekerjaannya akan selesai dalam waktu tertentu, seperti pekerjaan yang sekali selesai atau yang sementara sifatnya, atau pekerjaan yang diperkirakan penyelesaiannya dalam waktu yang tidak terlalu lama dan lain sebagainya. Dengan kata lain, pekerja tidak memiliki batas waktu untuk bekerja dengan pihak perusahaan. Berbeda dengan PKWT yang harus dibuat dalam bentuk tulisan, PKWTT dapat dibuat dalam bentuk tulisan atau lisan.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selain PKWT dan PKWTT tersebut di atas, juga terdapat perjanjian kerja alih daya. Perjanjian kerja alih daya digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk menyerahkan sebagian pelaksanaan pekerjaan kepada perusahaan alih daya yang menyediakan jasa pekerja.
